What's the difference between a lead, an MQL and a meeting?

A lead is a contact that could be relevant. An MQL is someone who responded or interacted. A meeting is a booked time on a sales person's calendar with someone from the target ICP. We optimise for the third one.

Do you guarantee a meeting volume?

We guarantee process rigour and transparent reporting. We commit to a realistic meeting range based on your ICP size and offer strength, but we do not promise hard numbers — anyone who does is either lying or about to burn your domain.

What if the meetings are unqualified?

Every meeting gets reviewed. If you push back on a meeting as unqualified, we refund it from the count and tighten our qualification criteria. It's in our interest to get this right quickly.
