What data we collect

We collect only the data you actively provide through our contact form:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company (optional)
  • Message content

We also collect limited aggregated technical data for site analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics — this is privacy-first, cookie-free, and does not process personal identifiers.

Why we collect it

Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any marketing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing contact form data is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given at the moment of submission. Cloudflare Analytics runs on a legitimate interest basis (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) given its privacy-first, cookieless nature.

How long we keep it

We retain contact data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any related follow-up. If no engagement results, data is deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restriction — request that we limit how we process your data.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@unlockmanagement.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.

Data processors

We use the following service providers who may process your data on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, CDN and privacy-first analytics. Data processed in the EU under standard contractual clauses.
  • Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery for the contact form. Data processed under a data processing agreement.

All processors have signed the necessary data processing agreements and apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only technology in use is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which operates without cookies and without storing personal identifiers — no consent banner is required.

If you use our contact form, your browser may store a session-scoped cookie solely to process the form submission. It is deleted when you close your browser tab.

International transfers

Cloudflare and Resend are US-based companies. Both have executed standard contractual clauses (SCCs) under Art. 46 GDPR, ensuring an adequate level of protection for any data transferred outside the EEA.
