Most appointment setting services treat "a meeting booked" as their KPI. This incentivises low-quality meetings that waste your reps' time and teach them to distrust outbound pipeline altogether.

We treat "a qualified, showed, fit meeting" as the only measurable outcome. Meetings that cancel, no-show, or turn out to be poor fit don't count — they show up in our reports but they don't count against our delivery commitments.

What's the no-show rate?

Typically 10–15% across engagements. We reschedule no-shows once; after that they return to the sequence.

Can you work with Cal.com / Calendly?

Yes, both. We also work with HubSpot meeting links, Chili Piper, or direct calendar invites.

Are meetings exclusive to us?

Yes. Every account we source is worked only for you, not shared across clients.
