The problem
Swipet’s funnel (ads → site → form → CRM) was working. The bottleneck was downstream: reaching each lead and qualifying them. Several people were calling through the list one by one, and the friction was textbook — nobody picks up, call-backs arrive late, “interested but not now”, manual follow-up chains. Growth was directly coupled to headcount.
The problem was not demand. It was processing demand quickly and consistently, without losing opportunities or burning operator hours on retries.
What we built
A contact-and-qualification system integrated with their CRM:
- New leads enter the system automatically
- Laura messages first on WhatsApp
- If there is no reply in 24h, she places a phone call
- Based on the conversation, she updates the lead in the CRM (follow up later, not interested, close, etc.) and fires the right downstream action
- A human takes over on any signal that warrants it
The multiplier effect is the point: every lead gets contacted, at near-zero marginal cost, with 24/7 coverage. Per-interaction conversion from an AI agent may be slightly lower than a founder’s hand-crafted follow-up, but summed across speed, retries, zero idle time and full coverage, the net result on total-leads-to-customer goes up — typically +30–60% of leads effectively contacted.
Coverage
Laura has been profiled by industry press for her hyper-realistic WhatsApp and phone behaviour, including features in Grupo Aseguranza and Emprendedores.
