The problem
Fudeat’s supplier network (caterers, restaurants, obradores, franchises) needed to operate with speed and visibility: receive orders, confirm/adjust deliveries, manage multiple locations, onboard cleanly with documentation, understand billing and performance — and do it all with zero friction.
The pain was obvious: when suppliers work with scattered tools or manual processes, errors, idle time and incidents multiply and the end-customer experience suffers. Without a solid platform, scaling supplier count and operational quality gets slow and expensive.
What we built
The new full application for suppliers, with a web platform and a native mobile app, integrated end-to-end with Fudeat’s internal systems.
The solution covers:

- Client prioritisation and segmentation
- Tools to reduce incidents (confirmations, statuses, traceability)
Engineering
We handled full-stack development, coordinated web + mobile releases, and deployed on AWS with Docker — leaving a base ready to scale (observability, pipelines, environments, and a solid integration architecture with the core).
