The problem
ABC Solutions had a strong offer: analyse a customer’s electricity or gas invoice, run it against live supplier tariffs, and propose the switch with the biggest saving. Conversion was high when there was a saving to show — but getting to that moment took ~1 hour of human work per invoice. Invoices arrived over WhatsApp, email and the site; the team had to read consumptions, power contracts, and hundreds of line items, and compare against tariffs maintained by hand in spreadsheets.
It was not a positioning problem. It was a manual labour bottleneck. Volume could not grow without growing headcount, and response time kept costing them opportunities.
What we built
A brain that automates the heart of the business:
- Ingests complex invoices (tariffs 3.0, 6.0, multi-period, hundreds of items)
- Extracts and normalises the data
- Queries live tariffs from suppliers
- Calculates the best scenario
- Generates the proposal PDF automatically, ready to send
We connected it to an internal web tool for the team and to WhatsApp and Gmail as customer entry points. The customer gets a proposal in minutes, 24/7.
Outcome
The main bottleneck is gone. The team focuses on closing the sale and managing the contract switch. And the platform is evolving into something bigger: a customer portal (invoice history, analytics), partner access, and an operation ready to scale without friction.
